Tips for staying consistent with the Express workouts?
I've been doing the EXPRESS 2026 workouts and love them, but I struggle to stay consistent. Anyone have tips for building the habit? I keep missing days and feel like I'm always starting over.

I do mine right when I wake up before even looking at my phone. Once it becomes part of the morning routine it gets so much easier!

Put it on your calendar like a meeting you can't cancel. It's only 10 minutes — that's less time than most meetings you attend!
