Nutrition tips to pair with the workouts?

The Express workouts are great but I know results are mostly made in the kitchen. What are you all eating to complement the workouts? Looking for simple, practical tips that don't require a nutrition degree.

Protein at every meal. That simple change made the biggest difference for me. Eggs in the morning, chicken or fish at lunch and dinner. Keep it simple.
